A bunch of American snowboarders built themselves a bikecar in 2006 and rode it across the US, in the middle of winter. We haven't heard anything similar being created on the west coast, where 10-lane or 16-lane freeways rule in the SF Yay Area and Los Angeles.
So. Question. If General Motors, killers of the EV1, built a bikecar that was deemed reliable by Consumer Reports, *would you buy one*?
