Who is the ECO candidate you should vote for?

Who should it be? Before we go into individual candidates, let's break down political ideologies:

Conservative:
It has the word "conserve" in it, right? The similarity stops there. Neo-cons are actually the opposite about preserving values, the environment or anything. Not all change is bad, but Neo-cons are actively dedicated to making things WORSE. It's like their life purpose.
True conservatives are too chicken-shit to break away from their neo-con masters.

Libertarian:
OK, right off the bat, there's a problem. These guys claim to be all about personal responsibility and personal freedoms; this lets them totally ignore global responsibility and global freedoms. Bunch of babies.

Progressives:
Where have the progressives gone? They're not in the Democratic Party, that's for sure. The total inability of progressives to get their shit together make them totally worthless. What good is a good ideology if you can't translate that into action?

Greens:
Oh boy, you thought we would let you guys off the hook. WRONG!
Never have I seen such a bunch of smug, self-satisfied douchebags.
People associate Greens with Progressives, but deep down, a lot of them are actually Libertarian babies.

What's the solution? FORGET IDEOLOGIES. FORGET PARTIES. Campaign and vote on actions and issues. If a politician fails to deliver on a promise -- punish him. If he delivers, reward him. It's that simple. Don't fall into the sucker's trap of the fellow who says "I represent this" or "I will defend that" Judge by action, not by words.

1. If Gayle McLaughlin and Dennis Kucinich are great, they are great on their own. Give props to them and not their parties.

2. Politicians get big bucks from evil corps. So what? Look at their records and judge them on that. Have more respect for a politician that fleeces a bunch of corps and passes vigorous eco-legislation, effectively USING THEIR OWN MONEY AGAINST THEM than a financially "clean" candidate who can't accomplish anything.

In fact it is better to elect a full-on crook, a total scoundrel in his personal and financial life, who nonetheless implements good public policy.

Jimmy Carter was perhaps the greenest and most honorable president in recent history. Good intentions and personal integrity are not enough.

Hold your nose, and pull the lever.

green apples

KC don't knock green party completely--the new mayor of richmond is green and she's doing greaaat!

well, it's all about KuCINICH then, cuz the other candidates are all about Big Oil, Big Central Banks (jacking us with subprime bs loans then shorting them), Big Auto, Big Housing.

Basically, the richest people are part of FIRE

Finance
Insurance
Real Estate

and War Industries: private military contractors, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, L3, Titan, and all their related "think tanks"

plus energy(bp, chevron, exxon)/commodities (monsanto, cargil)/"consumer shit aka goods" industries (walmart, gap, honda, toyota, ford).

look at OpenSecrets.org and you'll see who's contributing the big daddy warbucks to Clinton, Obama, Romney, Guliani, Huckabee, Edwards.

it's basically anyone connected to the wall street $CAM or anyone who can afford to advertise on billboards: AT&T, Verizon, McDonald's, car companies, Nike, Gap, Lexus.....

fuck all of them!! and ROn Paul is better than them, though not sure about his environmental stance. plus he is anti-abortion and all that so he won't do a thing to get our population down!!

read the latest Esquire magazine interview with Kucinich and his lovely wife. he's the ONE!

we are in a total fucking "matrix." how to get out??

and the next person who says "if you dont like it leave" is just telling you to "fuck off and die" which is super fucked up. we need to change this shit form the inside, at ground level.

so it has to start with you and your immediate neighborhood.
